Ieri mio padre si è ritrovato in una situazione poco gradevole a causa di una commessa che è stata al quanto arrogante e poco educata il che mi auguro sia dato dalla sua giovane età, proprio nel momento in cui mio padre è stato redarguito in maniera poco elegante e maleducata (per via della mascherina abbassata momentaneamente in sicurezza e lontano da qualsiasi altro cliente), io ero al telefono con lui e il modo inadatto della commessa è stato percepito pure dall’altra parte del telefono. Lavorare con il pubblico da delle responsabilità ai commessi ma sopratutto all’azienda che li assume che dovrebbe prestare attenzione a chi mette a contatto con i clienti, esistono vari lavori che non necessitano di contatto direttamente con altre persone, suggerirei uno di quelli alla commessa che si è dimostrata così maleducata con un cliente, fisso e più grande di lei.
