Matteo era veramente molto competente e preparato. Sapeva consigliare e dare motivazioni. Adesso, Happy Fish è soltanto un negozio in cui entri ed esci. Confermo dalle altre recensioni la simpatia e la gentilezza di Paolo, il nuovo gestore, ma, purtroppo, questi due aspetti, non possono essere il parametro di una recensione. Confermo anche il fatto che i prezzi siano davvero altissimi. Qui non c'entra la qualità del vivo e la certezza della salute del pesce, in molti altri negozi (che non cito per correttezza), si compra la stessa qualità anche alla metà dei prezzi di Happy Fish. Mi dispiace dover recensire male un negozio nel quale sono letteralmente cresciuto, ma, nonostante i buoni rapporti con il proprietario, mi sento in dovere di recensire negativamente. I read all the reviews and, as an old customer, unfortunately, I have to queue up the negative ones. The previous management was much much better. Matteo was really very competent and prepared. He knew how to advise and motivate. Now, Happy Fish is just a store where you enter and exit. I confirm from the other reviews the sympathy and kindness of Paolo, the new manager, but, unfortunately, these two aspects can not be the parameter of a review. I also confirm the fact that prices are really high. The quality of the live and the certainty of the health of the fish has nothing to do with it, in many other stores (which I do not cite for correctness), you buy the same quality even at half the price of Happy Fish. I'm sorry to bad review a shop where I literally grew up, but, despite the good relations with the owner, I feel compelled to review negatively.

Non ero convinto, avevo visto che non erano tanto in forma. Avevo ragione, tempo due giorni tutti morti. Non ho parole non si dovrebbero vendere pesci malati, solo per far cassa......Ho rischiato che mi morisse anche tutto l'acquario, per fortuna gli altri pesci che ho, sono stati acquistati altrove e per ora sembrano che stiano bene.........non è serio. I don't like doing bad reviews, I'm a reviewer too. Too bad, I bought a shrimp and two seawater fish. I was not convinced, I had seen that they weren't very fit. I was right, two days all dead. I have no words you shouldn't sell sick fish, just to make cash ...... I risked that all the aquarium would die too, luckily the other fish I have have been bought elsewhere and for now they seem to be doing well ......... it is not serious.
