Pessimo I have been twice to the shop in Teramo: the first time I bought a swimming pool and it had a hole in the bottom, the second time I bought a pool cleaning kit and the pieces were missing, it was used and dirty. Terrible

La mia famiglia si è trovata molto bene con il Signor Giuseppe, ci ha saputo consigliare in ogni acquisto spiegandoci dettagliatamente e accuratamente ogni cosa che volevamo acquistare. Molto professionale Amazing shop ..... very kind employees especially Mr. Giuseppe from my point of view is one of the most qualified, kind Happy Casa employees ..... who can satisfy your every need. Oggi siamo stati accolti in maniera gentile dal sig Giuseppe a differenza di come siamo trattati male ieri a Giulianova dalla dipendente bionda alta e magra che con il suo modo arrogante non solo non mi vedrà più ma non vedrà più un solo centesimo della mia azienda che costantemente si recava lì per gli acquisti. Mi sono permesso di chiederle una verifica prezzo ma lei con modo scortese mi rispondeva : vada in cassa e se lo faccia dire . Di nuovo le ripeto il tutto e lei con sfida mi risponde : non ha capito ....deve andare in cassa. Carissima signorina deve sapere che lei non sa mai chi ha difronte......il cliente e sacro sempre secondo le regole ma non solo ha perso me ma tutto che intorno a me mi circonda dato che io venivo la media di 2 volte a settimana e lasciavo nel suo punto vendita centinaia di euro....ora rifletta bene e per la prossima volta se mai le capiterà di comporti meglio. Buon lavora carissima. I state that I have never been here in Teramo in this store in the gran sasso shopping center. Today we were greeted in a kind way by Mr. Giuseppe unlike how we are treated badly yesterday in Giulianova by the tall and thin blonde employee who with her arrogant way not only will not see me anymore but will not see a single penny of my company that constantly he used to go there for shopping. I took the liberty of asking her for a price check but she rudely replied: go to the cashier and let me tell you. Again I repeat everything and she defiantly replies: she did not understand .... she has to go to the cashier. Dear young lady, you must know that you never know who is in front of you ... the customer is always sacred according to the rules but not only has he lost me but everything around me surrounds me since I came on average 2 times to week and I was leaving hundreds of euros in your store .... now think carefully and for the next time if you ever do better. Stamattina poi avevo chiamato in negozio per una problematica riguardo un articolo acquistato ad ottobre scorso ed un dipendente -in maniera molto ???diligente- mi ha spiegato una possibile motivazione che si è rivelata GIUSTA ?: Bravissimo dunque e gentile??? 5Stelle⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️meritate dunque!!! Poi il negozio si trova all'interno del CentroCommerciale GranSasso di Teramo: anche raggiungibilissimo!!!? ???Large shop stocked with a multitude of sundries at good prices?.
