Avevo trovato un frullatore ad immersione ( vedi foto) che doveva essere in offerta ( vedi cartello in foto) arrivo in cassa ed il cassiere moro con gli occhiali ma dice che non è in offerta! Torno a fare la foto del cartello dove c'erano almeno 20 scatole del frullatore, ed il cassiere insiste dicendo che invece quel pacco era stato messo li da qualcuno. C' erano almeno 20/25 scatole! Se potevo dare zero stelle, l' avrei pure fatto!! Shop with the goods thrown in bulk! I had found an immersion blender (see photo) that had to be on offer (see sign in photo) I arrive at the cashier and the dark-haired cashier with glasses but says it's not on offer! I go back to take the picture of the sign where there were at least 20 blender boxes, and the cashier insists that instead that package was placed there by someone. There were at least 20/25 boxes! If I could give zero stars, I would have done it too !!

Il personale è davvero molto gentile e disponibile. Ho chiesto una cosa un po' difficile da trovare e sono stato servito col sorriso ed in modo veloce. Complimenti, ritornerò. Very well stocked homeware shop. Clean and fresh, you can shop in peace. The staff is really very nice and helpful. I asked for something a little difficult to find and I was served with a smile and quickly. Congratulations, I'll be back.

In questo periodo di freddo però ci sono articoli che dovrebbero essere assortiti più velocemente come ad esempio il DEGHIACCIANTE. The shop is large and well stocked. There is also a good choice of toys for the little ones. In this cold period, however, there are items that should be sorted more quickly such as the DE-DE-CLEANSER.

Dopo aver contattato telefonicamente il negozio, mi hanno detto di portarlo lì e se vero, dopo verifica l'avrebbero sostituito o fatto un buono. Il caporeparto è stato gentilissimo e dopo verifica ha fatto immediatamente il buono senza sé e senza ma come purtroppo accade da altre parti. Happy Casa tutta la vita! I've been using them for some time. Unfortunately the last purchase after 17 days was no longer working as it should. After contacting the store by phone, they told me to take it there and if true, they would replace it or give it a coupon after checking. The foreman was very kind and after verification he immediately made the voucher without himself and without but as unfortunately happens elsewhere. Happy Home all life!
