M	MARCHE HELLAS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Campeggio Bella sardinia abbiamo soggiornato 15 giorni a luglio 2019 siamo arrivati poco dopo la mezzanotte per orari di traghetto, abbiamo trovato la reception deserta per oltre mezz'ora, il tipo era in giro per il campeggio pur essendo stato avvisato di piu arrivi intorno a quell'ora. La casa mobile era a dir poco sporca compreso piatti posate divanetto zona pranzo e tanta polvere ovunque. Fuori il tavolino con sedie erano con una pendenza tale che la bottiglia non rimaneva in piedi sul tavolo, oltre al continuo passaggio di bici e macchine su strada sterrata che sollevavano una quantità di polvere che ti faceva passare la voglia di mangiare fuori.. Almeno un tendalino x evitare il continuo cadere di aghi dagli alberi e una siepe x un po di privacy sarebbe il minimo.. Campeggio abbastanza trascurato come la spiaggia.. Si potrebbe e si dovrebbe investire di più!! Animazione un po cosi così, a parte il capo animatore. Campsite Bella sardinia we stayed 15 days in July 2019 we arrived just after midnight for ferry schedules, we found deserted reception for over half an hour, the guy was all over the campground despite being warned of more arrivals around to that 'Now. The mobile home was nothing short of dirty dishes including cutlery bench seat dining area and a lot of dust everywhere. Outside, the table and chairs were with a slope such that the bottle did not remain standing on the table, in addition to the continuous passage of bikes and cars on a dirt road that raised a lot of dust that made you never want to eat out .. At least one x awning to avoid the continuous fall of needles from the trees and a hedge x a little privacy would be the least .. Pretty neglected camping like the beach .. You could and should invest more !! Animation a little so, apart from the head animator.
M	Michaela R. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Campingplatz Bella Italia eigentlich 5 Sterne !!! Rezeption öffnet erst um 16 Uhr. Sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiter, von wegen "WIR SPRECHEN DEINE SPRACHE" Wohnheim ziemlich abgewohnt. Toilettenhalter locker, kein Toilettenpapier vorhanden, nicht wirklich gereinigt, mehre Sachen kaputt, wie der Wäscheständer. Abzocke bei der Klimaanlage 5€ pro Tag ist eine Sauerrei. War auf allen anderen Campingplätzen dabei. Nie wieder Happy Camp, ist uns eine Lehre. Bella Italia campsite actually 5 stars! Reception doesn't open until 4 p.m. Very unfriendly employees, because of "WE SPEAK YOUR LANGUAGE" Dormitory pretty shabby. Toilet holder loose, no toilet paper available, not really cleaned, several things broken, like the clothes horse. Rip off at the air conditioning 5 € per day is a piss. Was there at all other campsites. Never again Happy Camp is a lesson to us.

Hanno sbagliato una doppia prenotazione, detratto il bonus vacanza in modo frettoloso obbligando le nostre due famiglie a prenotare tramite la loro agenzia. Ci hanno poi rifilato due case mobili che non riuscivano a piazzare, in una zona abbandonata dal resto della civiltà, omettendo il fatto che il campeggio è perlopiù per stranieri, con clienti tedeschi e olandesi. Il campeggio ha orari da casa di riposo, alle 21.50 bar e ristorante chiudono e l'animazione augura la buona notte. Le case mobili (poste completamente al sole) distano da qualsiasi servizio circa 800 mt. senza servizio di navetta, altro particolare omesso al momento della prenotazione. For my first and last experience I cannot give more than one star. They missed a double booking, deducted the holiday bonus in a hurry by forcing our two families to book through their agency. They then gave us two mobile homes that they could not place, in an area abandoned by the rest of civilization, omitting the fact that the campsite is mostly for foreigners, with German and Dutch customers. The campsite has opening hours from the nursing home, at 21.50 the bar and restaurant close and the animation wishes a good night. The mobile homes (placed completely in the sun) are about 800 meters away from any service. without shuttle service, another detail omitted at the time of booking.
J	Jenny Kastner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Campingplatz ( Lanterna) ist größtenteils schön. Das Mobil Home war allerdings sehr dreckig. Auch fehlte sehr viel bzw war defekt. Offiziell für 6 Personen (mit mehr als 4 Personen allerdings nicht empfehlenswert) aber nur 3 Teller, 4 Gabeln usw. Keine Schneidemesser, kein Pfannenwender usw usw. Den Platz kann ich empfehlen, Happy Camp als Anbieter nicht! The campsite (Lanterna) is mostly nice. The mobile home was very dirty. Also a lot was missing or was defective. Officially for 6 people (but not recommended for more than 4 people) but only 3 plates, 4 forks etc. No cutting knives, no spatula etc. etc. I can recommend the place, but not Happy Camp as a provider!

Tutti i campeggi sono di alta qualità, così come le unità abitative.Il personale è sempre stato cortese, ad eccezione di San Vito lo Capo dove avevo trovato due gestori al limite dell'assurdo e molto maleducati per i quali ho fatto una segnalazione (Tony ecconsorte).Non so se siano mai stati rimossi perché me ne sono ben guardata dal tornarci. Comunque non si è più ripetuta una situazione tanto sgradevole. I have been to the campsites of Orbetello, Caorle, San Vito Lo Capo, Peschiera del Garda, Cisano San Vito and Rosapineta. All the campsites are of high quality, as are the housing units.The staff have always been courteous, with the exception of San Vito lo Capo where I had found two managers on the verge of the absurd and very rude for whom I made a report (Tony ecconsorte) I don't know if they have ever been removed because I have been careful not to go back. However, such an unpleasant situation has never happened again.
V	Valentin Nöbl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schöne Wohnmobile mit geräumigen Terrassen, die sich bei schlechtem Wetter auch gut nutzen lassen. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Wohnmobilen sind sie ein wenig teurer, dafür wird einem inklusive Terrasse auch mehr Platz geboten. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen? Very nice mobile homes with spacious terraces, which can also be used well in bad weather. Nur die Animation findet kaum, bis gar nicht statt... "sie waren bemüht"... Schönes Mobilhome, zwar schon älter, aber es war alles ok. Der Kühlschrank hatte kein gescheites Tiefkühlfach... It was a great holiday ... Camping Serenella is a nice, not so big campsite right on the lake ... Only the animation hardly takes place, if not at all ... "they tried hard" ... Nice mobile home, already older, but everything was ok. The fridge didn't have a smart freezer ...

Camping Serenella, Belvedere Village, Bella Italia(Lake Garda), Bella Italia EFA Village(Lignano Sabiadoro). Nice organisation all the times. Our family are happy to travel with Happy Camp. This year we are going to Butterfly Camping Village at Peschera del Garda.
