Una mille sfoglie con crema pasticcera, fragole e cioccolato fondente e visto che non mi piace la panna montata mi hanno proposto di guarnire con "briciole" di meringa. Il risultato? Al ristorante è arrivata una torta coperta di panna montata con il cioccolato al latte...ma per fortuna le fragole c'erano. I hope the management has changed. 3 years ago I had my wedding cake with them. A thousand puff pastry with custard, strawberries and dark chocolate and because I do not like the whipped cream I have proposed to decorate with "crumbs" of meringue. The result? At the restaurant came a cake covered in whipped cream with milk chocolate ... but luckily there were strawberries.

Mi proposero di portarla loro al ristorante perché si trovava sulla strada per tornare a casa quindi mi sono fidata e ho pagato senza vederla. Al momento del taglio torta una figura di m... Arrivata rosa storta con stelle scolorite fatte male! Chiesi spiegazioni e mi dissero che il colore oro costava tanto (bastava dirlo subito e gliela avrei pagata!!) e comunque non si spiega tutto il resto!! Nessun rimborso ne scuse ormai la festa fu rovinata!! Gente disonesta e poco seria sono ancora arrabbiata... Sconsiglio vivamente!!! Questa torta era delicata e leggera, per nulla stucchevole; e in più la farcitura interna di crema chantilly con gocce di cioccolato era deliziosa. Super! They made me think again about sugar paste cakes! This cake was delicate and light, not at all cloying; and the internal filling of chantilly cream with chocolate chips was delicious. Super!
