La consiglio vivamente a chi vuole allenarsi senza pretendere aria condizionata e grandi spazi. Insomma è una palestra per uomini con i testicoli quadrati! (Scusate il francesismo)
Really nice gym considering the equipment (hammer strength), atmosphere and friendliness of the owner and the attendants. I highly recommend it to those who want to train without expecting air conditioning and large spaces. In short, it is a gym for men with square testicles! (Excuse the Frenchism)

La Hammer Gym è aggregazione, è sentirsi in famiglia, sentirsi a casa: a ciò contribuisco ovviamente Pierangelo e Francesco, persone uniche, preparatori atletici professionali, sempre disponibili e pronti a darvi una mano o a chiarire qualche dubbio. La struttura tecnicamente parlando è fantastica, piena di macchinari di altissima qualità (che non troverete altrove, sia chiaro), ghisa a volontà e tonnellate di dischi con cui potervi allenare.
Personalmente parlando non mi sono mai trovato meglio in una palestra (avendone frequentate diverse) e dopo mesi di allenamento voglio ancor di più tornare e migliorare.
Stra-consigliata! Il tempio del Bodybuilding in Abruzzo ??
Talking about this place as any gym would be an understatement, if not worse.
The Hammer Gym is aggregation, it is feeling in the family, feeling at home: Pierangelo and Francesco obviously contribute to this, unique people, professional athletic trainers, always available and ready to help you out or to clarify any doubts. Technically speaking, the structure is fantastic, full of very high quality machinery (which you will not find elsewhere, mind you), cast iron at will and tons of discs with which you can train.
Personally speaking, I have never been better in a gym (having frequented several) and after months of training I want to come back and improve even more.
