Consigliato.

In Oneglia gibt's noch einen Angelladen in der Via G. Menotti Serrati, ungefähr auf der Höhe des Spiaggia libera del borgo peri. Da würde ich das nächste Mal hin.
Has everything you need, good selection for anything fishing related. Only speaks Italian and only wants to speak Italian. Moderately friendly advice. In Oneglia there is another fishing shop in Via G. Menotti Serrati, roughly at the level of the Spiaggia libera del borgo peri. I would go there next time.
