★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place looks nicely put together. However once you enter you start to feel like in a middle of chaos. It was a busy Saturday and everyone was running around and rushing with their service.
Nobody spoke english apart from one young lady who had good sense of what customer service means.
I was asked to show on the iPad the hairstyle that I want and I showed something that is shoulder length. Then another lady arrived and without questioning or even before washing my hair just came and carelessly chopped of my hair way shorter then I specify on picture and verbally. I was in shock, no warning ⚠️ no discussion.I am extremely disappointed by her unprofessional attitude and service. Normally I am not the person to obsess about my hair, and I would not be writing this review if the hairdresser would have taken a moment and asked me or made her suggestion to cut it shorter, but she just completely ignored any requests that I made and did whatever she finds it’s best. Even if you are the most professional and skilled hairdresser in the world you should mind your customers requests and have good manners.
All the other staff seemed nice and helpful.
