★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo preso l'appuntamento il giorno prima. Sono arrivato puntualissimo, mi hanno fatto aspettare "solo" 32 minuti, e perché ad un certo punto mi sono messo a protestare. Nel frattempo chiaccheravano tranquillamente di varie cose con le loro clienti, e, sempre mentre aspettavo, hanno iniziato a servire subito una persona arrivata ben dopo di me.
Nei miei confronti nessunissima scusa, ma solo: "Eh, sa, nel corso della giiornata si accumulano le cose da fare".
Dato l'enorme ritardo, poi ho dovuto correre per arrivare in casa in modo da non far fare troppo tardi alla gentile persona che mi aiutava. Nel "correre" (come posso) sono caduto e, nell'aiutarmi a rialzarmi (con l'aiuto di una passante), la mia assistente si è fatta male, la mattina dopo è dovuta andare dal medico e mi sono dovuto arrangiare tutto il giorno da solo con mia madre di 89 anni.
Se mi devo attenere ai commenti che leggo qui sotto sulla gentilezza di chi lavora lì, ne devo allora concludere che le persone che lavorano in quel negozio si sono comportate così con me perché ho difficoltà fisiche tali per cui in questa povera società mi trovo costretto a vivere da disabile???
I had made the appointment the day before. I arrived very punctual, they made me wait "only" 32 minutes, and because at a certain point I started to protest. In the meantime they quietly chatted about various things with their customers, and, while I waited, they immediately started serving someone who arrived well after me.
There is absolutely no excuse for me, but only: "Eh, you know, things to do accumulate over the course of the day".
Given the enormous delay, I then had to run to get to the house so as not to make the kind person who helped me be too late. In "running" (as I can) I fell and, in helping me to get up (with the help of a passer-by), my assistant got hurt, the next morning she had to go to the doctor and I had to make do all the day alone with my 89 year old mother.
If I have to stick to the comments I read below about the kindness of those who work there, then I must conclude that the people who work in that shop have behaved like this towards me because I have physical difficulties such that in this poor society I find myself forced to live as a disabled person ???
