Per quanto riguarda il "brand" etc etc onestamente ho trovato irritanti certe limitazioni e la poca flessibilità. ecco perché le 2 stelle I give Claudia 5 stars and not the salon for her professionalism and kindness. L'ambiente è molto pulito, curato e la parola d'ordine è relax: tra arredi ecologici, musica soft e poltrone massaggianti. Come stare in una wellness spa. I prodotti che usano sono rigorosamente bio e sono ottimi, attualmente a casa uso il loro shampoo e la maschera. Offrono pacchetti molto convenienti di trattamenti tra cui ricostruzioni, filler, colorazioni, ecc. La "mia" parrucchiera è Nadeshe, è la dea delle messe in piega con phon e spazzola, esperta in frange, l'unica che mi fa i capelli mossi come mi piacciono a me. Ci sono voluti 40 anni ma finalmente ho trovato a Roma il parrucchiere che fa per me. What is immediately striking is the professionalism and kindness of the staff. It took 40 years but I finally found the right hairdresser in Rome.

Tutto sommato, può andare bene se non si cerca una colorazione vegetale vera e ci si accontenta di avere un trattamento a base di piante (ma non erbe tintorie) mescolate a sostanze chimiche. Peccato che il salone usi prodotti chimici nonostante si fregi del titolo di biologico (organic) e vanti anche certificazioni specifiche. Infatti, mi domando come queste vengano attribuite. Ho trovato fastidiosa la proposta di costosi pacchetti (detti "menù") che non fanno che mettere in imbarazzo il cliente che non intende sottostare a questi metodi. Mi ha seguita Nicola, molto bravo davvero. Ha studiato il mio capello e in base a questo ha usato i prodotti più adatti a me. Ci ritornerò sicuramente. Poi il salone è molto pulito, nuovo, bello veramente. Una cosa piccola ma che mi è piaciuta molto è stato trovare una piccola lavagnetta con su scritto il mio nome per darmi il benvenuto. Con l'aiuto di Nicola sono riuscita ad ottenere un bellissimo effetto schiarente e luminoso. I prodotti utilizzati sono realmente molto buoni e profumano tantissimo. Colpita e conquistata dalla sua professionalità, preparazione e al contempo amabilità, è diventata il mio appuntamento fisso. Ha risanato i capelli con un taglio curativo, indovinato i riflessi che desideravo sulle lunghezze. Si è conquistata la mia fiducia al punto tale da diventare il mio appuntamento mensile fisso. Sono stata accolta da nadeshe e Claudia in un modo impeccabile! Claudia è stata gentilissima e così carina da spiegarmi anche tutte le tisane mentre nadeshe mi ha fatto una piega ECCEZIONALE! Premetto che ho dei capelli che tengono poco le pieghe con i boccoli, lei è riuscita a farmi avere i boccoli ancora oggi .. DOPO UNA SETTIMANA!!! Spettacolari!! Già non vedo l’ora di tornare!
