★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, cafone... Non si tratta così un cliente che già da un pò va da loro. Provo a chiamarle tutta la settimana per prenotare...telefono che squilla e non risponde nessuno. Provo ad andare da loro di persona per prenotare un taglio e mi dice che devo chiamare al telefono (ma loro non rispondono mai) gli spiego la situazione ma mi dicono di tornarmene a casa e di uscire dal loro locale... (Sono senza parole.....) premetto che causa regole Covid sono rimasto sull'uscio senza accedere al locale. Per amore di un cliente fermi ciò che stai facendo e prendi la prenotazione, non cacci via in malo modo una persona. Tra l'altro facendo così avete perso 3 clienti... Brave!!!! Ah.... Giusto per togliermi un sassolino dalla scarpa... Con molti lavorano in Nero... Io non ho mai accettato ma mi hanno sempre proposto di non fare fattura. Spero chiudiate.

(I'm speechless .....) I state that due to Covid rules I remained at the door without entering the room. For the sake of a customer you stop what you are doing and take the reservation, you don't chase a person away. Among other things, by doing so you have lost 3 customers ... Brave !!!! Ah .... Just to take a pebble out of my shoe ... With many they work in Nero ... I never accepted but they always offered me not to make an invoice. I hope you close.
