★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prezzi troppo esosi... non discuto sulla professionalità e cura del cliente perché sono impeccabili, ma considerando i miei capelli cortissimi, il colore e il ritocco del taglio hanno raggiunto una cifra "astronomica" con aggiunte quanto meno bizzarre! Sicuramente avrei potuto essere una nuova cliente... fino al momento di pagare. Hanno perso un'occasione.
Prices too expensive ... I do not discuss the professionalism and care of the customer because they are impeccable, but considering my very short hair, the color and touch-up of the cut have reached an "astronomical" amount with additions that are at least bizarre! Surely I could have been a new client ... until it was time to pay. They missed an opportunity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semplice piega liscia ( su capelli già lisci) fatta in maniera davvero grossolana e poco igienica con spazzolr piene zeppe di capelli altrui (probabilmente fatta da un apprendista) che avrei comunque accettato se non mi fosse stata fatta pagare 30€. Mi sembra eccessivo. O fai un lavoro eccelso e allora fai pagare quello che vuoi, o adegui il prezzo alla qualità del servizio.
Simple smooth fold (on already straight hair) done in a really coarse and unhygienic way with brushes full of other people's hair (probably done by an apprentice) that I would have accepted anyway if I hadn't been charged 30 €. It seems excessive to me. Either you do an excellent job and then you charge what you want, or you adjust the price to the quality of the service.
