A	Anna De Faveri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata al negozio Hair Beauty credendo vendesse prodotti professionali di qualità perché volevo schiarire un po' i capelli (partivo da un colore castano scuro tinto) ma nel mio caso si è rivelato un punto vendita scadente con personale a mio avviso incompetente. Ho spiegato alla commessa che volevo schiarire i capelli e che avevo precedentemente fatto tinte ed henné, perciò chiedevo un consiglio/indicazione sul da farsi. La commessa mi ha proposto un decappante che, a suo dire, non avrebbe schiarito più di tanto i capelli e che comunque non avrebbe dato risultati eccessivi. É mia premura precisare che ho seguito TUTTE le istruzioni della commessa per filo e per segno, anzi ho tenuto il decappante meno tempo di quello indicato dalla signora, il risultato? Mi si sono spezzati la maggior parte dei capelli, ne ho persi davvero molti e il colore tendeva ad un biondo-arancione anche se non doveva schiarire molto a detta della commessa. Il mio consiglio è, prima di voler vendere a tutti i costi un prodotto, avvisate il cliente, oppure averete una cattiva reputazione. Quando poi mi sono recata al punto vendita per chiedere spiegazioni perché il prodotto mi ha creato un danno non da poco, mi hanno detto che era colpa mia se il risultato è stato questo dicendo che io ho rifiutato l'acquisto di un riflessante che in realtà non mi era nemmeno stato proposto. Una delusione, sono sicura che non ci tornerò mai più. I went to the Hair Beauty shop believing it sold professional quality products because I wanted to lighten my hair a little (I started with a dyed dark brown color) but in my case it turned out to be a poor store with incompetent staff in my opinion. I explained to the saleswoman that I wanted to lighten my hair and that I had previously done dyes and henna, so I asked for advice / indications on what to do. The saleswoman proposed me a pickling agent which, according to her, would not have lightened the hair that much and which in any case would not have given excessive results. It is my concern to specify that I have followed ALL the instructions of the order in detail, indeed I have kept the pickling agent less time than that indicated by the lady, the result? Most of my hair broke, I really lost a lot and the color tended to an orange-blonde even if it didn't have to lighten much according to the saleswoman. My advice is, before you want to sell a product at all costs, warn the customer, or you will have a bad reputation. When I then went to the store to ask for an explanation why the product caused me no small damage, they told me that it was my fault if the result was this saying that I refused the purchase of a reflector that in reality it hadn't even been proposed to me. A disappointment, I'm sure I'll never go back.

Mi ha consigliato un prodotto a base di cheratina per i miei capelli secchissimi e sfibrati, l’ho provato subito una volta a casa e sono stata piacevolmente sorpresa dal risultato. Grazie davvero alla commessa ?????? I was today in the Quinto shop, I must say that the saleswoman was very kind and very prepared!
