Appena arrivati abbiamo ordinato del vino e il ragazzo ce l'ha letteralmente lanciato sul tavolo come tutto il resto delle ordinazioni
Ps. Dopo la risposta del proprietario ho capito molte cose. Avere molti clienti non vuol dire essere scontrosi, magari abusate meno di certe cose perché se ne sono accorti tutti.
 Grumpy waiters and poor service.
As soon as we arrived we ordered some wine and the guy literally threw it on the table like all the rest of the orders
Ps. After the owner's reply I understood a lot of things. Having many customers does not mean being grumpy, maybe you abuse certain things less because they have all noticed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo aspettato QUARANTA minuti prima che una cameriere si degnasse di venirci a prendere l'ordinazione al tavolo. Sono dovuta alzarmi, andare al bancone e far notare la cosa per ricevere un minimo di attenzione. Dopo le ordinazioni abbiamo aspettato altri venti minuti per avere il nostro cibo. Il locale sarà anche carino ma dovete velocizzarvi. Per me è un no.
We waited FORTY minutes before a waiter deigned to come and take our order at the table. I had to get up, go to the counter and point it out to get some attention. After ordering we waited another twenty minutes for our food. The place will be nice but you have to speed up. For me it is a no.

I honestly don't understand the negative reviews. I was there last Saturday. The staff are cool and the food is good as is the choice on the menu. Then messaging is a very nice and fun idea to get to know other people. I really believe that this summer I will spend many evenings there,

Coustmer service not acceptable, waitress really not friendly specially the short one with black hair Music Ambient real good.
Basically this place could make real money but they don't really know how to do it.
Very nice pizze then.
You should consider to refresh the staff.
