★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A seguito di sopralluogo di un loro funzionario, ho chiesto un preventivo per la fornitura degli infissi per la mia casa ma dopo un mese non si è visto né sentito nessuno...non hanno nemmeno risposto al messaggio WhatsApp con cui sollecitavo il preventivo. Poca serietà.
Following an inspection by one of their officials, I asked for a quote for the supply of the fixtures for my house but after a month nobody was seen or heard ... they did not even respond to the WhatsApp message with which I solicited the quote. Little seriousness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered from Germany because the Sardinian tiles I was looking for were nearly 3 times cheaper than the cheapest offer I got at home. First I was a bit afraid if the delivery will really end up at my place - but there was no reason for any worries. 10 days after I made the order the tiles arrived safely. The communication with the office in Naples was also great - they all seem to be very dedicated. The only thing that could be improved is the communication of the delivery date. It was pure coincidence that I was at home when they delivered the tiles. A phone call a day in advance would have been great. Anyway - thanks for the fast delivery and the stunning tiles! :)
