In effetti le grandi aziende sono tali grazie a quei collaboratori che quotidianamente ci mettono passione, sono motivate ed hanno la capacità di entrare in simbiosi con i propri clienti. Io e mia moglie ci siamo affidati a Raffaele Spa per l'acquisto di tutti i materiali per arredare la nostra casa. In questo "percorso" siamo stati letteralmente presi per mano da Daniela Orlando che con professionalità e preparazione, amore per il proprio lavoro, flessibilità, capacità di proporre ed allo stesso tempo immedesimarsi con i nostri gusti ed esigenze sta contribuendo a realizzare il nostro sogno. Capisci che sei nel posto giusto quando, alle fine del percorso, un venditore/consulente lo senti un tuo amico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sarebbe opportuno trattare i clienti con la stessa stima e fiducia con la quale essi stessi si rivolgono all'azienda. Alla consegna di un ordine non mi sono avveduto della mancanza di un telaio porte,ho chiesto successivamente di poter acquistare solo questo (nonostante non lo avessi sottratto io in maniera furtiva) e mi è stato risposto che le tempistiche di consegna sono di circa un mese e che mi sarebbe convenuto acquistare un'altra porta completa per avere invece immediatamente il telaio. Questa soluzione mi ha lasciato completamente perplesso per la mancanza di attenzione e cura del cliente. Brutta esperienza che spero di non ripetere,altrove ovviamente.
