★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Mi hanno installato un condizionatore che si è rotto in tutte le sue funzioni (riscaldamento, raffreddamento, ecc.) dopo appena pochi mesi. Non hanno effettuato alcun intervento di riparazione nonostante le ripetute chiamate (Whatsapp, email, telefono, ecc.). Specifico che la richiesta di intervento è avvenuta mentre la garanzia era ancora in vigore.
Ho passato un interno inverno a morire di freddo, un estate a morirmi di caldo e alla fine ho dovuto pagare di tasca mia. Se potessi tornare indietro andrei da qualcun altro
 Very bad experience. They installed an air conditioner that broke in all its functions (heating, cooling, etc.) after just a few months. They did not carry out any repair work despite repeated calls (Whatsapp, email, telephone, etc.). I specify that the request for intervention took place while the guarantee was still in force.
I spent an internal winter to die of cold, a summer to die of heat and in the end I had to pay from my own pocket. If I could go back I would go to someone else
