★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo devo condividere il pensiero di diverse persone...non tutto il personale, ovviamente, ma molti di loro, sono spesso scortesi.. Il personale alla cassa poi, parla sempre tra di loro: purtroppo non basta un saluti ed un sorriso per farmi pensare che sei cortese.
 Unfortunately I have to share the thoughts of several people ... not all the staff, of course, but many of them, are often rude .. The staff at the checkout then, always speaks between them: unfortunately a greetings and a smile are not enough to make me think you're polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi pomeriggio esperienza orribile in questo negozio. Sono entrata in camerino per provare alcuni capi e ne sono uscita indossando un top che volevo mostrare a mia figlia e al suo fidanzato che aspettavano fuori dalla sala dei camerini così come da regolamento, la cosa però è infastidito la guardia del negozio, un certo Alessandro, il quale mi ha apostrofato in maniera prepotente aggressiva intimandomi di togliere immediatamente il top.
Ho spiegato alla guardia che ero intenzionata ad acquistarlo e dunque non c’era alcun problema riguardo al fatto che lo indossassi, ma questo signore non si è arreso e ha chiamato i rinforzi, due commesse sono arrivate incavolate nere e hanno iniziato ad aggredirmi con toni alti e a dare man forte al loro collega guardiano, pur non conoscendo i fatti dato che non erano presenti. Alla mia richiesta di smetterla e di lasciarmi pagare i miei articoli mi è stato detto di posare tutto ciò che avevo preso e di andarmene, inoltre si sono raccomandati di non farmi più vedere in negozio e di andare altrove a fare i miei acquisti: in breve mi hanno impedito di acquistare.
Considero questo un atto arbitrario, aggressivo, lesivo, illegale e di bullismo.
Di certo queste persone non giovano alla loro azienda, e di certo io e la mia famiglia non torneremo più a fare acquisti e porteremo altrove il nostro danaro così come ci è stato consigliato caldamente dagli stessi impiegati del negozio. Spero questa recensione giunga a qualcuno che ha veramente a cuore i clienti H&M.
Horrible experience in this shop this afternoon. I went into the dressing room to try on some clothes and I came out wearing a top that I wanted to show to my daughter and her boyfriend who were waiting outside the dressing room as per the regulations, but it was annoyed the shop guard, a certain Alessandro , who apologized to me aggressively and ordered me to immediately remove the top.
I explained to the guard that I was intending to buy it and therefore there was no problem with the fact that I wore it, but this gentleman did not give up and called the reinforcements, two orders arrived black pissed and started attacking me with tones tall and helping their guardian colleague, even if they did not know the facts since they were not present. At my request to stop and let me pay for my items, I was told to put down everything I had taken and leave, they were also advised not to show me in the shop anymore and to go elsewhere to make my purchases: in short they prevented me from buying.
I consider this an arbitrary, aggressive, harmful, illegal and bullying act.
Certainly these people do not benefit their company, and certainly my family and I will never go back to shopping and we will take our money elsewhere as we were warmly recommended by the store employees themselves. I hope this review reaches someone who really cares about H&M customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In questo negozio è successo una cosa molto spiacevole e spero che venga presa visione dalla direzione la guardia che presiede questo negozio si permette di aprire i camerini dove la gente va a cambiarsi questo è successo a mia figlia domani farò un sopralluogo in questo negozio dove pretenderò di parlare con la direzione questa è una e vera e propria violazione della privacy visto che sono dei camerini e potresti trovarti in mutande.
