★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop clean and tidy, but the customer service is very poor, i passed by H&M in Cuneo to buy a top and a blouse wich i was really in need for my holidays, no time to buy them in London.
Checkout staff unfriendly but depending on the customer, the customer in front of me a lovely customer service, mine just horrible, no hello, scanning the items in a very abrupt gestures, not doing a minimum effort to understand what i was trying to say, i understand that in Italy people don't speak English but at least body language would help, anyway......a bit of a effort by her part could have helped.......
Is this because im a coloured person?? and the customer service changes depending on the customers race??
It's a shame in 2017 in a city like Cuneo, i wonder in a much smaller city how people are treated?.......................................
If you're not a Caucasian person please avoid at all costs!!!!!
