Do tre stelle in quanto ieri 2 luglio 2020, ho acquistato un paio di scarpe da tennis da donna che, scontate, costavano euro 3,99. Al momento del pagamento, noto sul display del registratore di cassa, euro 4,99. Chiedo il motivo e mi viene risposto che il computer passa il prezzo che visualizzava. Insistivo motivando che il cliente, paga la cifra esposta sul tagliando dell'articolo ovvero sul banco dove era esposto. L'operatore accertato l'errore, mi faceva pagare la giusta cifra.
Volevo sollecitare la società H&M di prestare la dovuta attenzione.

I give three stars because yesterday 2 July 2020, I bought a pair of women's tennis shoes which, discounted, cost € 3.99. At the time of payment, known on the cash register display, € 4.99. I ask why and I am told that the computer passes the price it displayed. I insisted that the customer pays the amount displayed on the coupon of the item or on the counter where it was displayed. The operator ascertained the error, made me pay the right amount.
I wanted to urge the H&M company to pay due attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considerando che in zona non c'è molta scelta il negozio non è male anche se quando ci sono i saldi spuntano fuori vestiti che sono lì dall'apertura e che ormai sono alquanto mal ridotti. Per quanto riguarda il personale le ragazze sono gentilissime e disponibili ma i commessi maschi sono sempre scortesi al punto di insultare i clienti, no Gianfranco a nessuno interessa la tua opinione non richiesta, soprattutto se la tua opinione è solo una scusa per insultare le ragazzine.

Excellent assortment .. very large comfortable and welcoming place .. maybe there would be more staff .. people do what they want to move, swap places for items, leave everything in the air without anyone noticing ... they would go a little more of order and attention .. for the rest excellent prices .. great variety for the whole family ... ?
