Ricavata da un capannone industriale.
Locali molto poco igienici, specialmente la sala piccola delle arti marziali, per via della grave umidità latente, specchi sempre appannati, muri e soffitto con macchie e cattivo odore anche senza atleti in attività.

Very unhygienic rooms, especially the small martial arts room, due to the severe latent humidity, mirrors always fogged, walls and ceiling with stains and bad smell even without active athletes.
