★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra molto grande e ben organizzata. Attrezzi Technogym, spogliatoi grandi e spaziosi e puliti. Istruttori molto gentili e preparati. Receptionist disponibili e ben informate. La palestra offre moltissimi corsi e organizza anche allenamenti outdoor.
Very large and well organized gym. Technogym tools, large and spacious and clean changing rooms. Very kind and prepared instructors. Receptionists available and well informed. The gym offers many courses and also organizes outdoor workouts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima palestra, facilmente raggiungibile con la metro A, ben attrezzata sia per sala pesi che per i (moltissimi) corsi e per sport da combattimento. Spogliatoi puliti, ha un'area SPA discretamente grande e un ottimo staff. La consiglio vivamente.
Excellent gym, easily accessible by metro A, well equipped both for weight room and for (many) courses and for combat sports. Clean changing rooms, has a discretely large SPA area and a very good staff. I highly recommend it.

So there are few professionals, always available and precise. Not all the latest equipment, but everything is functional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel Gym Center Sporting Club per la prima volta ho seguito una lezione di yin yoga e una di yoga nidra; entrambe le lezioni mi sono piaciute molto, soprattutto per come sono state spiegate.
Nello yin yoga, vengono fatte poche asana (posizioni), ma vengono mantenute per un tempo più lungo rispetto a quello previsto in altri stili di yoga.
Non so spiegare bene lo yoga nidra, ma posso dire che è molto utile come rilassamento.
A causa della grande distanza dal mio quartiere, non penso di tornare nel Gym Center Sporting Club, ma consiglierò i corsi di yin yoga e yoga nidra, anche se ovviamente non posso avere un'opinione su altri corsi svolti nella stessa sede.
In the Gym Center Sporting Club for the first time I attended a yin yoga class and a yoga nidra lesson; I enjoyed both lessons very much, especially for how they were explained.
In yin yoga, few asanas (postures) are done, but they are held for a longer time than is expected in other yoga styles.
I don't know how to explain yoga nidra well, but I can say that it is very useful as a relaxation.
Due to the great distance from my neighborhood, I don't plan to go back to the Gym Center Sporting Club, but I will recommend the yin yoga and yoga nidra classes, although obviously I can't have an opinion on other courses held in the same venue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great gym with many classes (though I never registered for those) and a lot of equipment - cardia and weights. It also has a sauna and steam room area which is clean and quite nice (though small). Friendly staff. One thing that could be imporved is their weekend hours - which are limited.
