È dotata di varie sale per le diverse discipline che vengono praticate: jūjitsu, karate, life pump, step e aerobica, pilates, ginnastica posturale e preventiva, spinning, zumba, kick boxe, danza classica e moderna. L'orario di chiusura è alle 23 dal lunedì al venerdì, mentre il sabato alle 19, con apertura alle ore 9. Il prezzo è giusto, facendo il confronto con altre palestre della zona che tuttavia non offrono un ambiente così spazioso.
Very large gym, with a large cardio-fitness room and body building and with numerous equipment. It has various rooms for the different disciplines that are practiced: jūjitsu, karate, life pump, step and aerobics, pilates, postural and preventive gymnastics, spinning, zumba, kick boxing, classical and modern dance. The closing time is at 11pm from Monday to Friday, while on Saturdays at 7pm, with opening at 9am. The price is right, comparing with other gyms in the area which however do not offer such a spacious environment.
