Disorientato anche all'ingresso non essendoci una chiara distinzione tra lo spazio di attesa e l'ingresso dell'ufficio vero e proprio
accoglienza non molto affabile personale un po' troppo distaccato, non abbastanza collaborativo col cliente

Also bewildered at the entrance as there is no clear distinction between the waiting area and the entrance to the actual office
welcome not very friendly staff a little too detached, not cooperative enough with the customer
