La scuola è attrezzatissima,con tutti i macchinari necessari per panetteria pasticceria cucina cake design . ci sono molti corsi sia per professionisti che per amatori. Sono venuti tanti grandi professionisti.. a fare corsi e vengono anche organizzati degli incontri organizzati da alcune ditte di macchinari oppure di materie prime. Consiglio vivamente
