Ho finalmente trovato ciò che cercavo da anni, un approccio consulenziale personalizzato e grande professionalità, cura e dedizione. Samuel infatti, come tutto il suo team, è molto attento alle esigenze delle clienti e consiglia dettagliatamente cosa fare per valorizzare al massimo i propri capelli. Super soddisfatta!

Il mio intento iniziale era quello di avere delle schiariture sui capelli, ma dal primo parrucchiere sono uscita con la testa completamente arancione e con una linea netta fra il mio colore e il colore più chiaro. Ho chiesto a Samuel di auitarmi a risolvere il problema, e lui ed il suo staff si sono mostrati subito davvero interessati ad aiutarmi, e lo hanno fatto egregiamente! Quello che ho apprezzato più di tutto è stata la chiarezza di Samuel nello spiegarmi passo passo cosa avvrebbe fatto per rimediare. Nella sfortuna iniziale, sono stata fortunata ad incontrare un parrucchiere che adesso sa cosa voglio e che è in grado di aiutarmi a raggiungere il risultato! In più è da apprezzare tutto lo staff, davvero preparato e pronto per accoglierti al meglio. Sono super attenti alle normative covid e il salone viene pulito costantemente!
