★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il voto sarebbe meno 5 stelle perché mi hanno oggi consegnato 2 scarpiere entrambe danneggiate nel trasporto e durante lo scarico, ma i trasportatori hanno negato l evidenza, mi siete stati consigliati dal rivenditore perché specializzati nel trasporto di mobili, ho riposto male la mia fiducia.
La risposta fornita non è soddisfacente in quanto durante lo scarico i due operai ne hanno portata una a testa nello scarico si è sentito un colpo ma essendo ben imballate il danno si è rilevato solo dopo l apertura che è avvenuta dopo 5 minuti per cui avrei dovuto trattenere i trasportatori che avevano fretta di andar via per controllare ecco perché non ci sono note di consegna con riserva o altro L, la mia telefonata non è avvenuta dopo 2 ore ma dopo un 15 minuti non pubblico il registro chiamate per privacy. La consegna doveva avvenire già scorsa settimana per cui i prodotti hanno fatto dei giri inutili. Che vi siate affidati a terzi non è problema che deve ricadere sul cliente, il servizio io l ho pagato a voi, lo scarica barile è più comodo che prendersi le dovute responsabilità.

The answer given is not satisfactory as during the unloading the two workers took one each to the drain and felt a blow but being well packed the damage was detected only after the opening which took place after 5 minutes for which I should have keep the transporters that were in a hurry to leave to check here because there are no delivery notes with reservation or other L, my call did not take place after 2 hours but after a 15 minutes I did not publish the call log for privacy. The delivery had to take place last week so the products made some useless laps. Whether you have entrusted yourself to a third party is not a problem that must fall on the customer, the service I have paid you, the barrel download is more convenient than taking the necessary responsibilities.
