l	luce stella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo devo lasciare voto negativo Anche se tutto il personale è stato gentile Con agenzia esterna ci siamo imbattuti sull'annuncio per un affitto normale con acquisto successivamente,lasciando 1500€ perché seno la pratica neanche veniva visualizzata, passano 10 giorni per una risposta, l'agenzia esterna non rispondeva più e non sapeva mai cosa dire, dopo giorni di silenzio comunica che è tutto ok e che firmiamo tra martedì e mercoledì (e già neanche si sapeva quale dei giorni citati) Arriviamo a lunedì sera alle 21 di sera l'agenzia esterna comunica che hanno venduto la casa Quindi niente da fare. Agenzia sparita! Guffanti chiamato ripetutamente tantissime volte per chiedere se aveva un'altra soluzione, sui siti disponibile e poi non sono disponibili. Un impresa riuscire a parlare con qualcuno solo dopo giorni anche qui. Morale della favola 10 giorni per una risposta finalmente quando sapevamo che dovevamo firmare...... casa venduta.. Ora aspetto il reso del bonifico...... Indubbiamente è un'impresa solida e costruisce a regola d'arte e forse sono stata sfortunata io, certo è che a tutt'oggi non posso dire di essere pienamente soddisfatta della mia casa. Sarebbe bastata un po' più di cura nei dettagli e materiali e sicuramente avrei dato più stelle!
