Poi è bastato incontrarci, parlarti dei miei desideri, vedere le tue reazioni su come realizzarli in modo concreto, serio, efficiente, creativo e rispettando il mio budget che non ho avuto dubbi: avevo bisogno di te! E a conti fatti, si è addirittura rivelata una spesa certo, importante, ma tra quelle piu basse del matrimonio. Fin da subito hai organizzato tutto settimana per settimana, mi hai tranquillizzata e hai trovato soluzioni su cose che mi mettevano panico perchè le credevo irrealizzabili, sei riuscita a far lavorare tantissimi professionisti per realizzare il nostro sogno e chiunque vedrà le foto si renderà conto di COSA HAI REALIZZATO! Quindi Grazie, senza la tua competenza e professionalità niente di tutto questo sarebbe successo. Sono riuscita a vivere il giorno più bello della mia vita pensando solo a me, a mio marito, alla festa, perchè sapevo che c’eri tu dietro a tutto e non dovevo preoccuparmi di niente. Ogni volta che qualcuno mi chiedeva qualcosa rispondevo “Chiama Stefy” ;) E oltre a questo, ci sei SEMPRE stata: fuori orario, durante le ferie, ci siamo sempre sentite e siamo diventate possiamo dirlo? amiche. Stefania ha reso UNICO e SPETTACOLARE quello che organizzato da noi, sarebbe stato probabilmente, un bel matrimonio e basta. Ci domandavamo cosa avremmo dovuto chiederle, nulla! Il primo è stato il nostro matrimonio nel 2015 e da li in poi si sono susseguite una serie di feste come il mio 30esimo compleanno, la festa per il nostro primo anniversario di nozze, eventi e sfilate per la mia attività e da ultimo, una settimana fa, il 60esimo compleanno di mio padre! Ho deciso di scrivere questa recensione perché credo sia giusto rendere merito alla persona che ci ha permesso di vivere sempre molto al di sopra delle nostre aspettative alcuni dei momenti più importanti della nostra vita! Purtroppo ( per Stefania soprattutto ma le va dato merito anche di avere una pazienza e diplomazia infinite :-) !! ) sono una persona incline ad avere una certa mania del controllo e fatico a credere che qualcuno potrebbe fare le cose meglio di me.. MA da cliente per nulla facile posso dire che ogni volta ritorno a casa dopo un evento pensando a quanto tutto fosse semplicemente perfetto e meraviglioso! Penso a quanto lei sia riuscita a capire cosa volessimo, a come ogni momento della festa fosse organizzato alla perfezione e vissuto nel modo migliore. Ciò che mi da più soddisfazione quando organizzo una festa è percepire la felicità degli invitati e rendermi conto che sono riuscita a far star bene tutti e grazie all'eccellente lavoro di Stefania Guastini questo accade sempre! I decided to write this review because I believe it is right to give credit to the person who has allowed us to always live far above our expectations some of the most important moments of our life! Avendo tempi relativamente stretti, 6 mesi per l'organizzazione (ho appreso che la gente si muove anni prima), un lavoro a tempo pieno e al contempo aspettative alte in merito all'organizzazione ho deciso di contattarla. Stefania é una professionista a tutto tondo: chiara, precisa e affidabile in ogni fase della sua prestazione é una ragazza che ha stile e buon gusto, qualità fondamentali per poter organizzare ogni tipologia di evento indipendentemente dalla capacità di spesa del singolo. Ovviamente nessuno ha la bacchetta magica, pertanto avere una wedding planner non significa smettere di occuparsi dell'organizzazione del matrimonio, bensì avere un supporto sia a livello di proposizione dei fornitori: catering, location, atelier per gli abiti, fotografi, allestimenti ecc, sia a livello di scelta e soprattutto di gestione (non banale) del rapporto diretto con ognuno di essi in riferimento ad appuntamenti, preventivi e successivi pagamenti. Questo da un punto di vista prettamente pragmatico. Da un punto di vista umano inoltre Stefania è una persona molto socievole, carismatica e sempre moderata nei giudizi é molto presente e riesce ad accompagnarti in ogni decisione e nello sviluppo delle idee anche le più creative. La risceglierei a posteriori tra altre 1000 poiché oltre al successo del mio matrimonio e non era semplice calcolando la Location, una villa privata quindi non attrezzata per eventi, e il tempo che fino all'ultimo é stato ballerino, è una persona che trasmette passione e positività che nei momenti di stress fa davvero la differenza! This from a purely pragmatic point of view. From a human point of view, Stefania is also a very sociable person, charismatic and always moderate in her opinions. She is very present and manages to accompany you in every decision and in the development of ideas, even the most creative. Stefania è stata in grado di capire le nostre esigenze e di proporci soluzioni che da soli non saremmo stati in grado di trovare. Si avvale di una rete di professionisti di altissimo livello e il suo costo si è più che ripagato con le soluzioni che ci ha proposto. Precisissima, paziente e sempre disponibile, ci ha dedicato un sacco di tempo e, non solo è venuta con noi da tutti i fornitori, ma si è anche occupata di dettare i tempi e coordinare i fornitori durante tutta la giornata del matrimonio. Con Stefania al nostro fianco siamo riusciti a goderci tutta la preparazione e organizzazione del matrimonio, abbiamo vissuto con molta serenità anche i giorni precedenti, sapendo che con lei era tutto sotto controllo. Avere qualcuno in grado di gestire tutti gli imprevisti ti permette di goderti senza pensieri una delle giornate più importanti della tua vita ed è un valore impagabile. Quando il mio fidanzato mi chiese di sposarlo vivevamo a Madrid e pensai che il mio sogno più grande sarebbe stato sposarmi nel mio amatissimo paese. Dovendo organizzare un matrimonio misto a distanza (mio marito è spagnolo), decisi di affidarmi a un’esperta del settore e curiosando tra i tantissimi profili Instagram di WP mi imbattei in quello di Stefania. Fu subito un colpo di fulmine… coglievo nelle foto dei suoi eventi i dettagli e la cura che ricercavo per organizzare il mio giorno più bello. Rimasi rapita da quei bellissimi scatti e dopo aver concordato una telefonata per conoscerci, non mi rimase alcun dubbio. Vi assicuro che Stefania è il braccio destro che ogni sposa vorrebbe avere al suo fianco, sempre pronta a darti mille consigli, mai ingombrante, un continuo supporto in tutte le lunghe fasi di preparazione del matrimonio. Nervi saldi, gusto ed eleganza per una vera professionista che è in contatto con fornitori di livello che renderanno unico e speciale il vostro giorno. I suoi matrimoni sono “fatti su misura” in base a tutte le varie richieste degli sposi, non ricicla soluzioni standard, ma le arricchisce con originalità e creatività in base od ogni evento. Ha saputo gestire impeccabilmente tutti i tre giorni del nostro weekend sul Lago Maggiore e tutti i nostri ospiti con i loro vari alloggi e pretese. Devo dire che durante tutta la giornata Stefania e team si sono occupati benissimo non solo di tutte le persone sul posto (DJ, fiori, audio, catering, sposi etc...) ma tutto questo l'hanno fatto con una tranquillità e serenità enorme. Durante tutti i momenti più importanti Stefania si é premurata di stare a fianco agli sposi per fargli passare una giornata indimenticabile. 5 THUMBS UP =) Extraordinary performance and planning. As a DJ I played at a wedding coordinated by GuastiniStyle on September 30th in Varese. I must say that throughout the day Stefania and team took care of not only all the people on site (DJ, flowers, audio, catering, newlyweds etc ...) very well, but they did all this with enormous tranquility and serenity. .
