Scusate ma devo rettificare questa mia recensione di 4 anni fa, purtroppo adesso è cambiato tutto da quando ci sono le donne sgarbate maleducate e come si dice a Catania pizzute il negozio è cambiato magari gli operai sono sempre quelli ma di conseguenza si comportano come la donna che è là dentro, con lei perderanno tutti i clienti.
Very organized, the prices are not high, the shop assistants are available.
Sorry but I have to rectify this review of mine from 4 years ago, unfortunately now everything has changed since there are rude rude women and as they say in Catania pizzute the shop has changed maybe the workers are always the same but consequently they behave like the woman who is in there, they will lose all customers with her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un distributore serissimo, attento alle esigenze del cliente. Siamo andati diverse volte per piccoli acquisti con mio marito e ci siamo trovati sempre bene. Siamo ritornati nel mese di Agosto per un preventivo inizio lavoro per la ristrutturazione della nostra villetta e abbiamo trovato il banchista competente e professionale anche nel consigliare ogni soluzione nei minimi particolari rilasciandoci oltre al preventivo ben dettagliato anche la scheda tecnica dei prodotti. Non mi era mai capitato in altri posti. Ci vedremo a Gennaio.

A very serious distributor, attentive to customer needs. We went several times for small shopping with my husband and always enjoyed it. We came back in August for a start of work estimate for the renovation of our house and we found the competent and professional counter even in advising every solution in detail, releasing in addition to the detailed estimate also the technical data sheet of the products. It had never happened to me in other places. We will see you in January.

Non è il mio caso specifico, ma ho notato più volte la loro disponibilità, verso persone, alle prime armi. I prezzi sono allineati, con la qualità dei prodotti.
As always, competent staff, but above all courteous and who do everything to understand the needs of the customers and advisable for the best. L'addetto alle vendite non ricordo il nome ma con la barba é stato molto disponibile e paziente anche se siamo io e mio marito molto esigenti.... Ci ha saputo consigliare su tutta l'illuminazione di casa nostra con varie soluzioni di illuminazione prendendo tantissimi cataloghi. Io lo consiglio questo negozio.
A great, well-stocked and welcoming shop. The sales assistant I don't remember the name but with the beard he was very helpful and patient even though my husband and I are very demanding .... He was able to advise us on all the lighting in our house with various lighting solutions by taking many catalogs. I recommend this shop.
