★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa primavera sono stato fermato in maniera a dir poco ortodossa da una vostra guardia ambientale (Sandro Brandimarte in jeans e polo rossa) che urlandomi e addirittura mettendomi le mani addosso, mi voleva far allontanare dalla spiaggia (in quanto come da mia abitudine essendo un fotografo naturalista, cercavo fauna da fotografare) dicendo che c'era un' ordinanza comunale che dovevo stare a 20 metri dal nido di un fratino, io in possesso di un tele 500mm + moltiplicatore 1,4 + fotocamera Nikon d500 DX per un totale di focale effettiva mm 1.050, quindi non avrei potuto avvicinarmi se non a distanza minima di 12 metri.
Quando su mia richiesta ho chiesto il tesserino di riconoscimento, mi ha mandato a quel paese, ed è scappato via urlando.
Ora chiedo come potete tenere come volontario che non so se sia una vostra guardia o meno visto che si è rifiutato di mostrami il tesserino con cui in teoria doveva chiamare le forze dell'ordine e vedere la questione insieme. Ora se tale persona dovesse ancora aggredirmi in tal modo devo citare anche voi in giudizio in quanto avvisati. Sempre che sia una vostra guardia come va dicendo ....
