★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza su tutti i fronti. Avevo necessità di ricette mediche importanti dato che non avevo potuto vedere il medico curante. Tempi di attesa fantascientifici, 30-40 minuti per paziente. Finalmente entrato in ambulatorio dopo 2 ore la dottoressa si è dimostrata alterata e scortese. Al mio semplice invito di calmarsi, mi sono sentito rispondere: "Io sono un pubblico ufficiale, lei deve stare attento". Mi sono morso la lingua per evitare guai, ma la voglia di risponderle per le rime era veramente tanta.
Se potete evitate questo ambulatorio e rivolgetevi altrove.
Very bad experience on all fronts. I needed important medical prescriptions since I couldn't see the doctor in charge. Science fiction waiting times, 30-40 minutes per patient. Finally entered the clinic after 2 hours the doctor proved to be altered and unkind. To my simple invitation to calm down, I heard myself answer: "I am a public official, you must be careful". I bit my tongue to avoid trouble, but the desire to answer her was really great.
If you can, avoid this clinic and go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peggior servizio sanitario di sempre. Visitano senza carta sul lettino dove si mettono tutti i pazienti. Già è assurdo, in tempi di Covid inaccettabile. Dicono al telefono (in modo sgarbato) esserci la fila, quando (parlo perché lo abbiamo appurato) di fila non c'è la minima traccia.
Worst health service ever. They visit without paper on the couch where all the patients are placed. It is already absurd, in times of Covid unacceptable. They say on the phone (rudely) to be in line, when (I speak because we have ascertained) in line there is not the slightest trace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Treviglio ha il servizio sanitario peggiore che abbia mai avuto modo di provare. Medico di base che risponde solo 2 ore al giorno, guardia medica irreperibile e ASST che non risponde mai.
Treviglio has the worst health service I have ever had the opportunity to experience. General practitioner who only answers 2 hours a day, untraceable medical guard and ASST who never responds.
