Ho chiamato e mi ha risposto una donna. Ho chiesto supporto per un servizio che avrebbe dovuto fornirmi in qualità di Guardia Medica locale (ne avevo la sicurezza perché avevo già chiesto al 1500, il quale operatore mi ha invitata a rivolgermi al medico di base e, in sua assenza, alla guardia medica. In più mi ero basata anche su esperienze di altre persone con guardie mediche locali che hanno ricevuto il servizio in oggetto). Non solo la persona con cui ho parlato si è rifiutata di assistermi, dicendo che ciò che chiedevo non le competeva, ma ha risposto con un tono così sgarbato e scortese che sembrava quasi la stessi disturbando. Vista l'esperienza, sentivo di unirmi alle recensioni negative nella speranza che un servizio così utile ai cittadini possa migliorare e prima o poi aspirare a funzionare al meglio.
