A me è capitata la sig.ra che tutti descrivono nelle recensioni che dopo il 4* grado per entrare nell’ambulatorio , con atteggiamento polemico ed assolutamente non professionale mi ha cacciata a malo modo perché nella fretta avevo dimenticato la tessera sanitaria. I modi nel dire le cose sono importanti e la sig.ra sicuramente li ha dimenticati a casa . I don't think anyone is happy to go to the doctor's office and if they do, there is very likely a problem. It happened to me that Mrs. that everyone describes in the reviews that after the 4th grade to enter the clinic, with a polemical and absolutely unprofessional attitude, kicked me out badly because I had forgotten my health card in a hurry. The ways of saying things are important and Ms surely forgot them at home.

Quando siamo arrivati era fuori ufficio a prendere un caffè e poi ci ha attaccati sul personale solamente per aver chiesto aiuto pur non essendo residenti a Falconara. Oltre a non aver ricevuto supporto il paziente che accompagnavo é andato via in lacrime, inaccettabile. Non abbiamo avuto la lucidità di chiedere il nome, Sig.ra con accento straniero in turno la mattina del 18 agosto 2021. Invito asur e Comune a richiamare il medico o,meglio ancora, revocare l’incarico a favore di qualcuno più idoneo. The Doctor was completely unprofessional and rude. When we arrived he was out of the office to have a coffee and then attacked us on the staff only for asking for help even though we are not residents of Falconara. We did not have the clarity to ask for the name, Ms. with a foreign accent on shift on the morning of 18 August 2021. Spero di non trovare più persone così. The doctor is really rude and does not even perform the duties that belong to her. Some people shouldn't really work for the public.
