I've never been able to get in .. after all crowded Even with severe pain, they do not let you in. In practice there is no triage.

A luglio mi sono sentita male, e per la prima volta di vita mia ho chiamato la guardia medica: sabato 11/07 è venuto un dottore che invece di visitarmi ciatava nel telefonino, domenica 12/07 stavo ancora molto male ho chiamato di nuovo e la dottoressa con un bruttissimo modo mi dice che non potevo star a chiamare per mal di "pansa" (ha parlato in dialetto)...ha fatto un casino perché NON ho nessuno per andare a prendere la ricetta da loro ed alla fine, dopo molta insistenza mia, è venuta e glielo dato il mio fascicolo della embolia polmonare pregressa, e ha insistito che non potevo star a chiamare e che non potevo chiamare il 118 per mal di "pansa" (una dottoressa molto giovane, e poco umile...senso umano pari a ZERO), mi ha dato un buscopan e se ne andata via lasciandomi a casa da sola buttata lì (ero un 1/2 cadavere che non riuscivo neanche alzarmi bene) .... quando se ne va la ho contraddetta, e con molto sacrificio perché piena di dolori, da 4 giorni pattuivo col un male insopportabile, chiamo il 118. Subito sono stata ricoverato per 20 giorni: embolia polmonare, trombosi nelle gambe e pancia...un caso davvero tosto. Il buscopan se la può bere da sola, da loro NON ci torno mai più e NON vi consiglio....se vi serve, andate in ospedale e se serve pagate il ticket...ma da loro MAI PIU!
No, for God's sake. Go somewhere except here. In July I felt bad, and for the first time in my life I called the medical guard: on Saturday 11/07 a doctor came who instead of visiting me with my mobile phone, on Sunday 12/07 I was still very ill I called again and the doctor in a very bad way tells me that I could not keep calling because of "pansa" pain (she spoke in dialect) ... she made a mess because I have NO one to go and get the recipe from them and in the end, after a lot of my insistence, my file of the previous pulmonary embolism came and gave it to him, and he insisted that I could not stay to call and that I could not call 118 due to "pansa" pain (a very young doctor, and not very humble .. human sense equal to ZERO), she gave me a buscopan and went away leaving me at home alone thrown there (I was a 1/2 corpse that I couldn't even get up well) .... when she leaves I contradicted her , and with a lot of sacrifice because full of pains, for 4 days I had been agreeing with an illness insoppor able, I call 118. I was immediately hospitalized for 20 days: pulmonary embolism, thrombosis in the legs and belly ... a really tough case. Buscopan can drink it by itself, I NEVER go back to them and I DO NOT advise you .... if you need it, go to the hospital and if you need to pay the ticket ... but NEVER AGAIN!
