Non solo la qualità dei dolci è elevatissima e le materie prime sono freschissime, ma la varietà delle creazioni pasticcere stupisce occhi e palato: colori, forme e gusti riempiono i sensi. La pasticceria offre dolci classici (come le lavorazioni con pasta di mandorla, la mia preferita è la torta), pastine mignon (assolutamente da assaggiare i "sospiri"), nonché scenografiche torte in stile contemporaneo in pasta di zucchero. Qualcuno potrebbe dire che questa recensione sottende un conflitto di interesse perché sono la cognata "foresta" del signor Guaragna ma vi assicuro che ciò che ho scritto è proprio quello che penso! From Genoese, and we Genoese are a bit 'fussy and "mugugnoni" (there's never anything good ..), I must say that the pastry Guaragna is amazing. Not only the quality of the desserts is very high and the raw materials are fresh, but the variety of pastry creations amazes eyes and palates: colors, shapes and tastes fill the senses. The patisserie offers classic desserts (like the work with almond paste, my favorite is the cake), mignon pastries (absolutely to taste the "sighs"), as well as spectacular cakes in contemporary style in sugar paste. Some might say that this review underlies a conflict of interest because they are the sister in law "forest" of Mr. Guaragna but I assure you that what I wrote is just what I think!

Il dolce assaggiato era buono e fresco, ma l'assortimento era poco, nonostante fossero le 11 del sabato. Il gestore non è stato x nulla accogliente e si è limitato a rispondere a malapena al mio saluto. Non mi sono sentito a mio agio. It is a place where coffee and other things are served at the counter (which is also very small) with a small shop window. The tasted dessert was good and fresh, but the assortment was little, although it was 11am on Saturday. The manager was not welcoming at all and he barely answered my greeting. I didn't feel comfortable.
