Posso dare due giudizi : - negozio bellissimo come pochi, moltissima scelta e alta qualità. - professionalità e cafonaggine da parte della proprietaria, che rende la mia esperienza disastrosa. Abbiamo ordinato presso loro un lampadario specificando che l'arrivo doveva rispettare una determinata scadenza in vista dei lavori e ci era stato detto che non vi erano problemi e che sarebbe arrivato addirittura la settimana prima. A lavori iniziati ci chiamano e ci spiegano di ritardi causati dalla situazione Covid 19 ma che avrebbero fatto il possibile. A fine lavori chiamo e chiedo se gentilmente potevano omaggiarci il montaggio, visto che il nostro elettricista aveva ultimato i lavori a casa e quindi avrei dovuto chiamare nuovamente pagando una spesa accessoria. Dal telefono mi dicono che mi avrebbero fatto sapere. Passano altre 2 settimane E mi chiama la titolare, dicendo che era arrivato. Allora provo nuovamente a spiegare la mia situazione e che ero stato senza luce per 1 mese e lei gentilmente mi dice :o le faccio uno sconto oppure le includo montaggio e io scelgo la seconda. Per farla breve montano tutto e mi chiedono più di quello pattuito, ovvero 82 euro, che ammonta al montaggio. La chiamo per spiegazione e mi inonda di parolacce senza nemmeno ascoltarmi. Mi dice che l'ho fregata e che lei intendeva questo. Alla fine mi ha fatto pagare tutto da listino senza nemmeno uno sconto visto il disagio creato. Se questo è il modo di lavoro, io sinceramente non ve li Consiglio. Una brutta esperienza. Troppo legati ai soldi. Pur di non venire incontro alle esigenze dei clienti sono disposti a perderli. At the end of the work I call and ask if they could kindly give us the assembly, since our electrician had completed the work at home and therefore I would have to call again paying an additional cost. On the phone they tell me they would let me know. Another 2 weeks pass And the owner calls me, saying he had arrived. Then I try again to explain my situation and that I had been without light for 1 month and she kindly says to me: either I will give you a discount or I will include the montage and I choose the second one. In short, they mount everything and ask me for more than the agreed one, or 82 euros, which amounts to assembly. I call her for an explanation and she floods me with bad words without even listening to me. She tells me I screwed her and that she meant this. In the end he made me pay for everything from the list without even a discount given the inconvenience created. If that's the way they work, I honestly don't recommend them. A bad experience. Too tied to money. In order not to meet the needs of customers, they are willing to lose them.
