★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi ha prospettato un preventivo per sistemare la mia bici da corsa segnalando diversi pezzi da sostituire poiché il cambio non funzionava bene. Non mi sono fidato e sono andato a far preventivare il problema da un altro ciclista che mi ha sistemato il cambio alla perfezione facendomi spendere un quarto. Quindi rimango nel dubbio: non è abbastanza bravo oppure voleva fare il furbo?
He gave me a quote to fix my racing bike, pointing out several pieces to replace as the gearbox didn't work well. I didn't trust me and I went to have the problem estimated by another cyclist who fixed the gearbox perfectly and made me spend a quarter. So I remain in doubt: is he not good enough or did he want to be smart?

UPDATE: I was so impressed by the service of Gualdi Bike. They helped me to ship my bike to Portugal by packing it into a bike box and sending it off with a courier. I had two bikes to travel with and could only take one with me. With their help I managed to easily ship my bike to the new location, saving me time and energy. My gratitude for this bike shop is infinite! Grazie mille!
