Nel settore vendite, vi è Nicola Coccia che è davvero un professionista della vendita, cordiale, gentile ed espone il preventivo in maniera eccellente e poi ti segue passo per passo fino all'acquisto ed alla consegna dell'autovettura. Per quanto riguarda l'officina anche lì vi è professionalità, gentilezza e preparazione, dall'accettazione dell'autovettura fino alla consegna per lavori finiti. Che dire, negli anni questa concessionaria si è sempre migliorata. Complimenti a tutto lo staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho un problema nella macchina, vado in officina e il meccanico mi dice di scrivere il problema della mia macchina su un numero whatsapp, da 15 dicembre che attendo risposta, intato la mia macchina è stata riparata da un meccanico generico e ho speso 1 terzo di quello che chiedevano loro, non raccomando a nessuno. Poca serietà.

Porto l'auto in un altra autofficina autorizzata in Liguria, e mi confermano quanto sospettavo ovvero non hanno smontato nemmeno 1 vite per vedere il danno. Questa è professionalità?
