β β β β β Worst service (if you can even call it that) ever!!!! I come in, get my number, wait for my turn, all good. Then I get to the counter, say one word and the guy behind it just goes: no English. And that was the end of that conversation.... I even tried to ask if someone else might speak English but he just kept saying no....
I don't understand how you can have a costumer service that only speak one language.....
So disappointed...

β β β β β Rude. No patience. A few individual staff members talk to you like you owe him money. If you have questions, there are no explanation. Only one sentence "Pay or not?". But still I have met some staffs with good attitude.

β β β β β My husband and I went there to purchase the BIP card and the monthly plan. The staff was very helpful, even though we do not speak Italian. He did his best to explain the plans and how they work in English.
