Siamo al 29 e non solo non è ancora arrivato nulla, ma nessuno mi risponde nè dal form sul sito, nè dalle email mandate, nè su instagram nè tantomeno al telefono. Non so più dove contattarli! I 192€ però se li son presi subito! Completamente inaffidabili, speriamo per lo meno di riuscire a recuperare i soldi spesi tramite il rimborso di Paypal visto che non riesco neanche a contattarli!
 I bought some Aipods Pro on September 17th. We are at 29 and not only has nothing arrived yet, but no one answers me from the form on the site, nor from the emails sent, nor on instagram nor on the phone. I don't know where to contact them anymore! The 192 €, however, are taken immediately! Completely unreliable, we hope at least to be able to recover the money spent through the Paypal refund since I can't even contact them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno dei peggiori negozi fisici/online che abbia mai conosciuto, state attenti alle recensioni, tante sono false e scritte dai titolari, oltretutto gente commenta sulla pagina di instagram perché non rispondono ai solleciti dei prodotti mai consegnati o arrivati danneggiati, loro cancellano i commenti e ti bloccano senza più modo di contattarli. Sono bravissimi a nascondere tutta la verità, ma purtroppo è così! Segnalate tutti questa azienda perché sono dei veri e propri truffatori! Se tutto va bene cancelleranno anche questa recensione.
One of the worst physical / online stores I have ever known, be careful of the reviews, many are false and written by the owners, moreover people comment on the instagram page because they do not respond to the reminders of the products never delivered or arrived damaged, they cancel the comments and they block you with no way to contact them. They are very good at hiding the whole truth, but unfortunately it is so! Report all this company because they are real scammers! If all goes well they will also delete this review.

Sconsiglio vivamente di pagare in anticipo e comunque di acquistare da questo fornitore.
Sono stato preso in giro. Ho perso tutti i soldi ed il prodotto. Arrivato già rotto non mi è stato sostituito. Non si sono nemmeno degnati di rispondermi per molto giorni. Dopo molti solleciti hanno dichiarato che ormai era tardi e la vr arrivata con lo schermo rotto non sarebbe stata cambiata. ATTENZIONE!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo. Aiutato un mio amico, mi sono fidato nel mandare il sito di questa azienda, professionalità zero. Ritardatari nello spedire i prodotti, oltretutto pure imballati male. Assenti nel post vendita, zero assistenza e comunicazione da parte dei venditori. Mi da molto l'impressione delle classiche aziende "visto e piaciuto", nel senso che ti vendono un prodotto e poi affari tuoi è stato bello rubarti i soldi. La cosa che da fastidio è che noi consumatori paghiamo sempre con soldi buoni.
PS: Attenti perchè vendono pure su Amazon controllate sempre il venditore prima di acquistare!!
Aggiornamento: Il computer acquistato aveva pure una licenza scaduta di windows, nonostante i successivi solleciti, non intendono fornire una nuova licenza di windows. Venditori pessimi per davvero!
Terrible. Helped a friend of mine, I trusted in sending the site of this company, zero professionalism. Delays in shipping the products, also badly packaged. Absent after sales, zero assistance and communication from the sellers. It gives me the impression of the classic "seen and liked" companies, in the sense that they sell you a product and then your business was nice to steal your money. The annoying thing is that we consumers always pay with good money.
PS: Be careful because they also sell on Amazon always check the seller before buying !!
Update: The purchased computer also had an expired windows license, despite subsequent reminders, they do not intend to provide a new windows license. Bad sellers for real!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ scarsi.... ho comprato un accessorio da internet dopodichè, passati 10 giorni, nessuna notizia. Mi hanno mandato la fattura senza numero di tracking, pagato 10 euro per spedizione con corriere gls. Non rispondono ai messaggi, non rispondono ai numeri di telefono. Assolutamente da evitare.
scarce .... I bought an accessory from the internet after which, after 10 days, no news. They sent me the invoice without tracking number, paid 10 euros for shipping with gls courier. They don't reply to messages, they don't answer phone numbers. Absolutely to be avoided.

Non rispondono al telefono e quando rispondono trovano sempre scuse per rimandarmi ad un ulteriore attesa.
Negozio pessimo e sconsigliatissimo!!!!
I have been waiting a year for the answer for my drone battery, which is under warranty, they keep bouncing.
