Fatta la scelta devo dire di essere molto soddisfatto. Grazie anche alle soluzioni per non far vedere i vari collegamenti tra le macchine. Ottima qualità prezzo. Giglio Valerio è stato chiaro, preciso, ci ha esposto e consigliato le varie soluzioni per l'istallazione di un condizionatore che meglio si adattava alle esigenze dell'appartamento. Preciso nel preventivo, preciso nella data di istallazione , professioale nell'installazione. Inoltre si avvale di uno staff veramente bravo, i due ragazzi che ci hanno fatto l'installazione sono stati bravissimi, hanno lavorato con precisione , in sintonia, hanno attrezzi e macchinari al top, tanto è vero che non ho visto nemmeno un granello di polvere, tutto pulito e in ordine. Laura Fabiano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo conosciuto Valerio, il titolare di questa impresa, in occasione di un problema al lavabo del nostro bagno e, nonostante l’avessimo chiamato all’ultimo momento ed era pure venerdì, alle h 21,00, ha effettuato il sopralluogo e il giorno dopo ha riparato tutto. Quindi, quando abbiamo deciso di ristrutturare interamente il nostro appartamento, non abbiamo avuto dubbi e gli abbiamo affidato l’esecuzione di tutte le opere (bagno, impianto elettrico, pavimenti, serramenti, impianto di condizionamento, abbattimento parete…). Specifico che viviamo a Milano, per cui non è stato possibile seguire i lavori, ma grazie alla davvero unica e grande professionalità di Valerio, dei suoi dipendenti e degli altri professionisti di cui si avvale, anche questo “piccolo dettaglio” non si è rivelato un problema e l’appartamento è stato realizzato a regola d’arte e nel rispetto delle tempistiche. Un ultimo ringraziamento lo rivolgo anche a Roberto, architetto e fratello di Valerio, che si è occupato di sistemare tutta la situazione del nostro immobile a livello catastale in Comune, eseguendo anche lui un lavoro eccellente ed in tempi rapidi, considerando i rallentamenti causati dal Covid. I specify that we live in Milan, so it was not possible to follow the works, but thanks to the truly unique and great professionalism of Valerio, his employees and the other professionals he uses, even this "small detail" has not turned out to be a problem and the apartment was built in a workmanlike manner and in compliance with the deadlines. A final thanks also goes to Roberto, architect and brother of Valerio, who took care of arranging the whole situation of our property at the cadastral level in the Municipality, also performing an excellent job and quickly, considering the slowdowns caused by Covid. .

Da una iniziale idea di ristrutturare solamente il bagno a causa di una perdita, ho finito per rifare completamente, oltre al bagno, sia l'impianto idrico che quello elettrico, far applicare piastrelle nuove in tutto l'alloggio, modificare l'impianto di condizionamento, eliminare il cucinino, rifare gli allacciamenti alla cucina nuova e imbiancare tutti i locali. Tutto questo con consigli sulla scelta di sanitari e piastrelle in showroom prima di iniziare e una direzione lavori tramite telefono e whatsapp, dato che è una seconda casa. Tra l'altro con ottime idee in corso d'opera, come quella di predisporre gli attacchi per la lavatrice nello sgabuzzino, in modo da liberare spazio in bagno. Lavori tutti fatti a regola d'arte, che mi hanno consentito di sfruttare l'alloggio in agosto, come richiesto. Serio, gentile, disponibile e, cosa che non guasta affatto, simpatico.
