LA RISTRUTTURAZIONE DOVEVA DURARE TRE MESI E INVECE è DURATA 6 E SENZA NEMMENO TERMINARE. NON LI CONSIGLIO NEMMENO AL MIO PEGGIOR NEMICO. BAGNI MONTATI STORTI, PARQUET TUTTO ONDULATO, ZOCCOLINI ATTACCATI PER METà, RIFACIMENTO DEI BAGNI (COMPRESO IL PAVIMENTO) DOPO AVER MESSO IL PARQUET IN TUTTA LA CASA ROVINANDOLO OVVIAMENTE ALL'ISTANTE, LUMI SOSPESI CON UN FILO ELETTRICO E MAI RIMESSO, PRESE ELETTRICHE SCOPERTE, IMPIANTO ELETTRICO RIFATTO NON DA UN'ELETTRICISTA MA DA UN TUTTOFARE (ANCORA PEGGIORE DELL'ARCHITETTO)... OVVIAMENTE NULLA è A NORMA. ATTENZIONE DAVVERO. SOLDI BUTTATI NEL CESSO Pitiful! THE WORK HAS NOT COMPLETED, THE ARCHITECT, AS DIRECTOR OF WORKS, HAS BEEN NON-EXISTING. A REAL DISASTER. THE RESTRUCTURING HAS TO LAST THREE MONTHS AND, HOWEVER, IT IS DURATION 6 AND WITHOUT EVEN FINISHING. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO MY WORST ENEMY. STORED FITTED BATHROOMS, ALL-ROLLED PARQUET, METAL ATTACKS HANGED BY BATHROOM, BATHROOM REHABILITATION (INCLUDING THE FLOOR) AFTER PUTTING THE PARQUET THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE RUINED OBVIOUSLY AT THE INSTANT, SUSPENDED LUMINAIRES WITH ELECTRIC WIRES, NEVER REMOVED, ELECTRIC SYSTEM DAMAGED NOT BY AN ELECTRICIAN BUT BY ANY EVERYTHING MAN (STILL WORSE THAN THE ARCHITECT) ... M	Marco Lombardini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho conosciuto lo studio Tre Architetti e Filippo, il responsabile, grazie ad un mio collega, nonché caro amico che mi ha mostrato i lavori svolti nelle sue case. Decido allora di affidare il progetto di ristrutturazione della mia prima casa, rincuorato dalle belle parole ricevute. Fissiamo un appuntamento e prendiamo le misure dell’appartamento per studiare un possibile progetto: è da Agosto sto aspettando un loro riscontro in merito. Ho cercato di contattare più volte lo studio, ma invano. Spariti! Sapete ciò che più mi dispiace? Aver “sognato”, credo come ogni persona che raggiunga questo traguardo nella vita, pensando che l’obiettivo di costruire la mia nuova casa fosse lo stesso di questo studio di architetti; purtroppo questo si é dimostrato non esserlo. Sicuramente il guadagno che avrei apportato a questo studio, sarebbe stato ben molto inferiore ad altri lavori più profittevoli: avrei gradito però che tutto ciò mi fosse stato detto sin dall’inizio, senza prendere in carico il mio “sogno” e millantare false speranze. I tried to contact the firm several times, but in vain. Gone! Do you know what I most regret? Having "dreamed", I believe like every person who reaches this milestone in life, thinking that the goal of building my new home was the same as that of this architectural firm; unfortunately this proved not to be. Surely the gain that I would have brought to this studio would have been much lower than other more profitable jobs: I would have liked, however, if all this had been told to me from the beginning, without taking on my "dream" and boasting false hopes. Such a pity.
