★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Danno su un tubo di acqua della casa, faccio presente, chiedo contatti con la signora che ha venduto. Il danno (per legge) dovrebbe essere a carico loro ma stando alle loro parole non è cosi (cifra della casa che supera i 200mila)..
Io sto valutando se provvedere per vie legali, ma questa è la dimostrazione come quando le cose vanno bene è tutto facile per tutti, quando vanno male ci si gira dall'altra parte..
