Quando sei in difficoltà e cerchi un servizio ovvio che essere trattati in malo modo, fa ancora più male.

Contacted on 3 different occasions for the transport of a sick person. Not available on all 3 occasions (it can happen), but the worst part is the rude and rude way in the replies. When you're in trouble and looking for obvious service that being treated roughly hurts even more.
