l	lucio Feri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come ho avuto modo di dire alla vostra telefonista,(tra l'altro molto gentile e collaborativa) quando si scrive ad un utente residente all'estero , cioè iscritto all'AIRE del proprio comune, si dovrebbero tener conto dei seguenti punti estremamente importanti: 1° I due numeri di telefono riportati sui documenti inviati all'estero (es. sollecito) non sono utilizzabili dall'estero 2° Su tale documento non sono riportate le coordinate bancarie della Veritas. Per cui la vostra documentazione non è rivolta ai residenti all'estero, bensi' a quelli nazionali. Sarebbe utile creare una routine per cui se l'indirizzo non è nazionale e Voi inviate della corrispondenza (fatture o solleciti) il sistema stampasse automaticamente un n° telefonico diverso e, comunque, le coordinate bancarie. Con la speranza di aver fatto cosa utile, porgo i miei auguri di buon proseguimento per il 2015. Se avete qualcosa da chiedere devi pagare chiamandoli col 199, ovviamente c'è la musichetta e tutte le inutili spiegazioni per far passare il tempo e immancabilmente tutti gli operatori sono occupati, ti chiedono di lasciare il tuo numero che ti chiameranno appena possibile...sono passate 24 ore e nessuno chiama, ma il comportamento gravissimo lo hanno sulle richieste per aprire un'utenza, mia sorella, 75 anni è attualmente in un'appartamento senza acqua e senza gas, non può nè lavarsi ne farsi da mangiare e questo perchè per il gas si prendono 10 giorni per aprirlo e per l'acqua sono passati ma non si son degnati di suonare un campanello ( mia sorella ha appena traslocato e sul campanello non c'era ancora il suo nome ) e chiedere a qualcuno se magari sapesse chi fosse il nuovo inquilino. Per la cronaca questo succede a Mogliano Veneto. Sono 3 giorni che questa donna vive senza acqua ( la apriranno domani ) e il gas andranno il 6 ottobre. Credo che dovremmo vergognarci di vivere in un paese che permette a queste cose. Just watch out for money. Secondo l'operatore avrei dovuto aspettare in coda con una decina di macchine sotto la pioggia anche se ero a piedi, ma poiché erano troppe e non sarei riuscito comunque ad entrare mi hanno mandato via consigliandomi di tornare un altro giorno. Bravi!! Complimenti!! Un comportamento davvero professionale per stimolare le persone a riciclare ed ad essere ecosostenibili. Siete vergognosi. A shame!
