Pagati 300€ per pulire a fondo una casa di 65mq post ristrutturazione del bagno (piccolo), completamente vuota e in buono stato. Il bagno poi era appunto completamente nuovo quindi non aveva necessità di un particolare intervento di pulizia. Chiedono di fare un sopralluogo venerdì per vedere la casa e confermano le pulizie per lunedì. In attesa di un orario, come da loro detto, passa il weekend (con messaggi ai quali non rispondono), per poi scoprire lunedì che si erano dimenticati. Chiudiamo un occhio e fissiamo le pulizie per un'altra data. La richiesta di una pulizia di fondo (se no avremmo chiamato un'altra persona fidata) non sono state minimamente seguite: la cucina é incrostata, caloriferi pieni di polvere, infissi sporchi.. con 300€ non so che pulizie abbiano fatto, vergognoso. Nero ovunque, temo che non abbiano manco pulito il frigo. Entrati finalmente in casa e vista bene la situazione, chiamiamo scontenti e il capo dell'impresa é stato pure scortese. Non ha voluto comunicare gli interventi fatti dicendo "lo chieda al suo ragazzo" (che ha gestito la cosa), professionalità ed educazione zero, ma riusciamo a farli tornare per sistemare la situazione. Una volta qui, uno dei ragazzi mandati ha pure fatto il polemico all'inizio, dicendo che per pulire completamente una cucina (minuscola, 10-15 mq) con anche la cappa dovevamo pagare 800€.... rido per non piangere.
