★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura che offre molti servizi, sicuramente variegati e per tutte le esigenze.
Molto onerosa per gli standard proposti rispetto altri centri ma, soprattutto, tempi di attesa decisamente fuori luogo. Più di un'ora e mezza per una visita specialistica con appuntamento.
 Structure that offers many services, certainly varied and for all needs.
Very expensive for the standards proposed compared to other centers but, above all, waiting times decidedly out of place. More than an hour and a half for a specialist visit by appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Pur con appuntamento, ho rinunciato al prelievo dopo 45 minuti di inutile attesa, senza una parola di scusa o altra spiegazione da parte delle due segretarie in servizio. Secondo me è da evitare assolutamente.
Bad experience. Even with an appointment, I gave up the withdrawal after 45 minutes of unnecessary waiting, without a word of apology or other explanation from the two secretaries on duty. In my opinion it is to be avoided absolutely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza assolutamente negativa e non professionale. MI sono recato per chiedere informazioni su una Dottoressa di buon mattino. MI è stato detto di tornare alle 11:00 in quanto mi avrebbe visitato per dei problemi cervicali. Alle 11:30 ero ancora in sala di attesa senza avere notizie. Considerando che avevo lasciato apposta il posto di lavoro per recarmi alla visita la segretaria (indisponente) non mi è stata assolutamente di nessun aiuto neanche a delle semplici domande come "quanto ha ancora?" "puo sentire quanto ci vuole in quanto devo tornare a lavoro". La risposta è stata negativa.. avrei dovuto solo aspettare. Servizio pessimo e assolutamente inadeguato rispetto ai corrispettivi in denari che chiedono. Se ci si deve recare in strutture private e avere di questi trattamenti, senza un minimo di informazioni a riguardo (visto che erano oltre 30 minuti che aspettavo) allora le stesse possono essere paragonate alle strutture ospedaliere. Me ne sono dovuto andare via senza aver fatto niente. E' stata una grande perdita di tempo. Sconsiglio vivamente di recarsi da loro per qualsivoglia cosa.
Absolutely bad and unprofessional experience. I went to ask for information on a doctor early in the morning. I was told to come back at 11am as he was going to see me for neck problems. At 11:30 I was still in the waiting room with no news. Considering that I had left my job on purpose to go to the visit, the secretary (annoyed) was absolutely no help to me even with simple questions like "how much do you still have?" "can feel how long it takes as I have to get back to work." The answer was no… I just had to wait. Bad service and absolutely inadequate compared to the money they ask for. If you have to go to private facilities and have these treatments, without a minimum of information about it (since I was waiting for over 30 minutes) then they can be compared to hospitals. I had to leave without doing anything. It was a big waste of time. I strongly advise against going to them for anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La struttura offre molti servizi, rx e tac compresi, appuntamento veloce ma per il referto occorre aspettare diversi giorni, non ci vuole urgenza. Servizio non adeguato al costo. Esperienza con un familiare.
The structure offers many services, including rx and tac, quick appointment but for the report you have to wait several days, it does not take urgency. Service not adequate for the cost. Experience with a family member.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsiglio vivamente, ho pagato 120€ per una visita di consulenza in cui mi è stato semplicemente consigliato di fare una risonanza magnetica, pago meno la risonanza di questa visita
I strongly advise against, I paid 120 € for a consultation visit where I was simply advised to do an MRI, I pay less for the MRI of this visit

Outpatient clinic with helpful and competent staff, we went to Dr. Merlo, excellent orthopedic, clean facility.
