Dicevo, prenotati infissi il 16 Dicembre scorso nel punto vendita di Portici, saldata regolarmente PER INTERO la fattura dopo due/tre giorni. Ad oggi 7 Maggio nessuna notizia. Alle mie numerose telefonate solo risposte evasive, scuse improbabili a cui neanche un bambino crederebbe...che dire.....professionalità zero a tutti i livelli, educazione nulla, rispetto del cliente men che meno..... personalmente lo sto sconsigliando a tutti. Comunque ho già dato mandato al mio legale per studiare la fattibilità di un procedimento in sede civile.....invito tutti a fare la stessa cosa.....magari a botta di cause forse imparano a stare in commercio.... Chiamo tante, e credetemi tante volte, ma nessuno se ne importa. Mi dicono di mettermi in contatto col montatore (cose che io nn devo assolutamente chiamare nessuno se nn loro). Mi dicono che venivano il 18 dicembre e nn vengono. Prendo appuntamento per il 22 gennaio e nn vengono. E quando li chiamo m dicono che nn risulta l appuntamento, tra la quale l appuntamento li abbiamo fissato telefonicamente. Credo di dover andare via legale x tutte i danni morali e danni di montaggio che Hanno creato. Me ne pento di aver avuto a che fare con questa azienda con persone pessime. Una volta pagate esce un problema nel mio caso causato dalla fabbrica invece di mettersi a disposizione mi dicono che me le devo tenere così non possono farci niente... poca serietà e professionalità .. Le porte mi sono state montate a dicembre 2021 a febbraio 2022 il disegno sul vetro inizia già a scolorirsi formandosi area tra i due vetri. Invio diverse pec con foto allegate, telefono ripetutamente, dopo un mese viene un tecnico che accerta il problema rilasciandomi una relazione, da metà marzo più nessuna notizia. Invio altre pec alcune volte mi rispondono che mi faranno sapere il giorno seguente (ovviamente ciò non accade) altre volte mi ignorano.
